There are lots of words from alien languages, and made up words, used in the Animorphs. Here's a handy guide to finding out what those words mean!

A
Adge (n.) - An Unemite musical instrument. Looks like a guitar with 7 strings and a mouthpiece.
Andalite (n.) - See aliens
Andalite Bandit (n.) - Visser Three believes that the animorphs are andalites who escaped the ship that Elfangor crashed to earth in.
Andalite Battle Code (n.) - The code all honourable Andalite warriors must adhere to.
Animorphs (n.) - "Idiot teenagers with a death wish." Animorph was a term coined by Marco, to call their group. They're basically 5 teenagers with the ability to morph into animals who are fighting off an alien invasion!
Anomoly (n.) - Someone who is grounded in a true time line. If they are put in an alternate reality, it will eventually break down.
Aristh (n.) - An Andalite cadet, a warrior in training.
Arn, the (n.) - See aliens
Atafalaxial (n.) - The Ceremony of Rebirth, when a stored Ixcila is transfered into a body.

B
Big Red Eye, the (n.) - see Crayak.
Blade Ship (n.) - The spaceship on which Visser Three travels on. It's big, black and shaped like a battleaxe.
Bug Fighter (n.) - Smaller spaceships which are controlled mostly by Hork-Bajir. Used by the Yeerks to travel around in.

Capasins (n.) - See aliens
Cha-Ma-Mib (n.) - The name of a Leeran god.
Chee (n.) - 1- The Pemalite word for friend. 2- See aliens and Good Guys
Chee-net (n.) - An intranet that all Chees can access from their own interface.
Controller (n.) - Someone who is under the control of a Yeerk. Is usually preceded by the name of the species of the controller (ie. Hork-Bajir Controller)
Council of Thirteen (n.) - The thirteen most important Yeerks. The Council leader's identity is unknown to protect his life.
Crayak (n.) - See Bad Guys

D
Dam (n.) - The Ketran word for Mother.
Dapsen (n.) - A Yeerk swear word.
Darkap (v.) - The Hork-Bajir word for fail.
Derrishoul Trees (n.) - A tree found on the Andalite Home World which looks like asparagus o_0
Djabala (n.) - A small six-legged, tree climbing animal from the Andalite home world.
Dome Ship (n.) - Huge ships used by Andalites to travel around in. Shaped like a mushroom. The dome bit is a big field used for feeding.
Dracon Beam (n.) - The lasers used by the Yeerks. Can be used to stun, or kill someone.
Dropshaft (n.) - A bottomless tube that is controlled by thought and is used as an elevator.

Ellimist (n.) - See Good Guys
Enos ermarf (adj.) - The way that a lake bends round the grass framed by derrishoul trees.
Escafil Device (n.) - The 'blue box' used to give someone the power to morph.
Estreen (n.) - a person who can morph in an artistic or beautiful way.

Fellana (n.) - The Hork-Bajir word for thank-you.
Fit fit (n.) - A tree on the Hork-Bajir homeworld.
Flaar (n.) - An animal from the Andalite Home World that smells like a human o_0
Four-Eff (n.) - Ketran slang for flying free, fast and furious
Frolis Maneuver (n.) - A procedure in which a morphing capable person can mix more than one dna together and morph into a new animal with a mix of all the dnas.
Fugue, the (n.) - The period just before death when a Yeerk dies of Kandrona starvation. Very painful. They lose all control, if in a host all their memories are flashed in front of the host.

Galard (n.) - A universal language which most species know. It's mostly used for inter-species commerce.

Garibah (n.) - An Andalite guide tree.
Gashad (n.) - A warrant issued by the Council of Thirteen, to kill someone on site
Gedd (n.) - See aliens
Gleet Bio Filter (n.) - The technology used in Yeerk Pool entrances which destroys anyone who goes through it unless their DNA is entered into the computer.
Graffen's Children (n.) - See aliens

Hald-wurra (n.) - An Andalite tailblade move. "Victory in three swipes"
Hawjabran (n.) - See aliens
Helmacron (n.) - See aliens
Hereth Illint (n.) - An andalite word for getting rid of, or 'burping up', a morph that one is allergic to.
Hirac Delest (n.) - An Andalite's final statement.
Hork-Bajir (n.) - See aliens

Hruthin (n.) - The Hork-Bajir word for Andalite.

Illsipar root (n.) - The Andalite version of tea or coffee. Has pain relieving properties,
Iskoort (n.) - See aliens
Ixcila (n.) - The stored essence of a being. Their memories, feelings, personality.

Jackanape (n.) - A Helmacron insulting name.

K
Kalashi (n.) - The Hork-Bajir word for wife.
Kandrona Ray (n.) - A kandrona is a replica of the Yeerk's home sun. The rays from this mock are beamed to the Yeerk Pool for the Yeerks to feed off of.
Kanver (n.) - A tree on the Hork-Bajir homeworld.
Kawatnoj (n.) - The Hork-Bajir word for children
Kelbrid, the (n.) - See aliens
Kelbrid Space (n.) - An area of space where the Kelbrid live that the Andalites are not allowed to go under a treaty they signed.
Ket (n.) - The Ketran home world.
Ketran (n.) - See aliens

Lebtin Javelin Fish (n.) - Like a big yellow sting ray with a row of spears along it's back that it can shoot.
Leeran (n.) - See aliens
Lerdethak (n.) - An animal from the Hork-Bajir planet. It looks like a big clump of vines with a blue mouth.
Lewhak (n.) - A tree on the Hork-Bajir home world.
Living Hive, the (n.) - The biological hive where Taxxons are born and live, like their Mother.

Memm (v.) - To send a message to another Ketran via the UniNet.
Mirrorwave calls (n.) - A type of thought-speak that allows an andalite to send out a call over a long distance.
to Morph (v.) - To turn into an animal whose DNA you have previously acquired.

Narna Rocks (n.) - Glowing rocks used as a light source by the Nartecs. Actually radioactive and causes you to mutate, but they didn't know that...

Nothlit (n.) - Someone who is trapped in a different form because they stayed in morph too long.

Onkalillium (n.) - An Andalite organic medicine.
Osmosis Nodes (n.) - The nodes all over a Yeerk which soaks up the nutrients in the Yeerk Pool.

Pemalite (n.) - See aliens
Pemalite Crystal (n.) - The most powerful processor in the galaxy, can rewrite any type of computer anywhere.
Plintconarhythmic physics (n.) - Very advanced Andalite biochemical engineering. Not many intellectuals understand this.
Pool ship (n.) - The Yeerk mothership. It looks like a big spider and there is a Yeerk Pool and Kandrona on board.
Prince (n.) - A rank in the Andalite heirachy.

Ramonite (n.) - An alien metal that can be realigned molecularly to go opaque, clear or stretch open.
Residual Flux Field (n.) - If you are popped into zero space while in morph, this effect causes you to snap back to where your morphed body is, like an elastic band.

S
Sario Rip (n.) - A hole in space/time caused by a huge explosion that can send a person forward or back in time.
Seerow's Kindness (n.) - An Andalite law stopping the sharing of technology with other nations. Named after Seerow (See Other Characters)
Sharing, the (n.) - A group secretly run by the Yeerks to attract people who they will later convince to become voluntary controllers. The group poses as a youth group type thing for people of all ages, genders, religions and orientations.
Shorm (n.) - 1- tailblade. 2- a very close friend. Someone you can trust to hold their tailblade to your throat.
Shormitor (n.) - Tailblade carvings made by the early Andalites.
Sire (n.) - The Ketran word for Father.
Soola's Diesease (n.) - A genetic diease that hits in the prime of an Andalite's life. Causes great pain the muscles and joints and can cause blindness.

Sub-Visser (n.) - A rank in the Yeerk heirachy.

T
Taxxon (n.) - See aliens
Thermal (n.) - Pockets of hot air that birds use to glide so they don't have to flap their wings.
Thought-Speak (n.) - The act of talking to someone while in morph. The morphed individual must think thoughts to a certain person, group of people or broadcast them, and the recipients can hear the message in their heads. It is the way that Andalites communicate as they have know mouths. It can only be sent a small distance, though walls are not a problem.
Torf (n.) - An Andalite fighting move where the attacker strikes with the flat of their tailblade, to cause unconciousness, not death.
Tria Gland (n.) - The gland in an Andalite's head that stores diesease carrying organisms.

U
UniNet (n.) - An internet like communication system for the Ketran.
Unit O (n.) - An elite Andalite sabotage and assasination team.
Unschweet (n.) - A reprimanded Andalite will have a patch of hair removed by his punishers tail blade so that everyday he will remember his shame, as it grows back, the shame is lessened and eventually, when it is all grown back, the Andalite is forgiven.
Utzum - A legendary, spiritual Andalite rite that causes the near-dead to experience the memories of their ancestors.

Vecol (n.) - A disabled Andalite.
Veleek (n.) - The Yeerk word for pet.

Visser (n.) - A rank in the Yeerk heirachy.

Yamphut (n.) - The Andalite flu. Very contagious. Causes the tria gland to swell and unless removed, burst. Kind of like a contagious appendecitis.
Yaolin (n.) - An Andalite swear word.

Yeerk Pool, the (n.) - A big underground complex containing a big pool, on which kandrona rays are beamed. Every three days a yeerk must leave its host to sit in the pool and soak up the rays, or they will die.

Z
Zone 91 (n.) - A government area out in the dry lands, supposedly hiding an alien spacecraft.
Z-Space (n.) - Another dimension in space which makes faster than light speed possible by tunneling through zero-space.
Z-Space Transponder (n.) - A small shiny chip the size of a pea which allows messages to be sent through Z-Space.
